PINKARD INNOVATIVE ENTERPRISES (PIE) is a self-development and improvement firm offering motivational training and career development dedicated to the specialization of self-exploration and personal career development. We create workshops or a series of workshop/seminar programs specifically for the client. The programs focus on selected training techniques for individuals of the community, educational institutions, corporations, municipal and/or penal sectors.
Through effective motivational and career guidance seminars designed to promote a working basis for career assessment and self-awareness, PIE has proven to be affective in creating positive behavioral modification and life changing attitudes for program participants.
The mission of Pinkard Innovative Enterprises is to provide affordable stress relieving prevention, intervention, and therapeutic counseling services, workshops and seminars for groups, youth, individuals, couples and families. These workshops include sexual harassment and discrimination, diversity training and conflict resolution.

Pinkard Innovative Enterprises Black College Tour enriches students’ experience by allowing them to gain firsthand knowledge of life on a Black college campus and gives them an opportunity to speak with counselors to gain information about their major or field of interest.
